CM Sindh calls meeting on January 8 to implement NAP

KARACHI: Chief Minister Sindh Qayim Ali Shah has called a meeting on January 8 to implement National Action Plan (NAP) in Sindh, local media reported.

Corps Commander Karachi, provincial chief secretary and home secretary will attend the meeting.

Others who will attend the meeting include Director General (DG) Rangers Sindh, Bilal Akber, Inspector General (IG) Sindh Ghulam Haider Jamali.

The police official will present a report regarding the illegal immigrants in the province.

It is pertinent to mention here that National Action Plan for eradication of terrorism has been formed by the federal government after the barbaric attack on Army Public School, Peshawar.

Earlier on Tuesday National Assembly and Senate unanimously approved amendment to the constitution to implement the national action plan.
