Rigging proved in recounting of votes in NA-122: Imran Khan

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chief Imran Khan has said that the revelation of thousands of fake votes during votes recounting  on NA-122 vindicated PTI’s stance regarding last general elections.

According to private Express News TV channel, Khan said that the government was worried over exposing of rigging in last general elections. He added that rigging was confirmed in those polling stations pointed out by PTI.

He said that during the scrutiny and recounting of votes in NA 122, some 30 thousands votes turned out to be fake while ballot papers of provincial assembly were found stuffed in 30 polling bags.

He demanded that the whole elections should be audited by constituting a judicial commission headed by Supreme Court judge.
