Who owns the cars? Paul Walker III files legal documents

CALIFORNIA: Paul Walker’s dad has said his son’s car collection worth $1.8 million is in possession of Roger Rodas’ family.

Paul Walker III said that Roger who was driving Porsche Carrera GT died along with Paul Walker in an accident last year (2013) is holding $1.8 mil worth car collection.

He demanded immediate return of the cars or cash.

Walker III filed legal documents claiming the estate of Rodas, in which he stated that the cars in possession of Roger’s family belonged to his son.

In the documents, he says the cars were all fully or partially owned by Paul. Roger and Paul co-owned the cars and a performance and racing shop.

On the other hand Rodas’ family already rejected the claim.

Recently, families, friend and fans celebrated he first death anniversary of Fast and Furious star and son.
