Indian forces resort to unprovoked firing, injure 2 Pak officers

LAHORE: Indian forces have resorted to unprovoked firing and injured two Punjab Rangers officers ahead of Flag meeting at 11 am in Shakargarh sector, local media reported.

A Punjab Rangers spokesperson said that Indian border forces resorted to unprovoked firing ahead of FLAG meeting and injured two officers.

The injured are identified as Riaz and Safdar Ali who are reportedly in critical condition.

Punjab Rangers couldn’t pick up their injured officers due to heavy firing from Indian forces which is still going on.

Chenab Rangers officers went to meet local Indian officers for flag meeting where Border Security Forces opened fire when they saw the officers coming towards the border.
