Imran Khan visits Army Public School Peshawar

PESHAWAR: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan on Monday visited the Army Public School in Peshawar, which was attacked by Taliban terrorist last week killing 150 people including 138 students.

The PTI chief on Monday came to Peshawar from Islamabad to condole with the affected families and visited the Army school.

Soon after reaching the provincial capital, he went to Army Public School and visited different sections of the school. He also met the families of martyred students, who had gathered there.

From the school, Imran went to the house of the school principal Tahira Qazi, who was also martyred in the  attack, and condoled with her family over her martyrdom in the attack.

It is to be mentioned here that soon after the attack, the school principal was rescued by security officials. But she refused to leave the school before rescue of all students and subsequently was martyred by the terrorists.
