PM Nawaz Sharif praises Imran Khan for ending PTI protests

ISLAMABAD: Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Wednesday praised staggering move of political rival Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan over ending of 126-day long sit-ins in order to provide the federal government a strong back for uprooting terrorism from the country.

PM Nawaz Sharif said that Imran’s move would empower war against terrorism and whole nation would get victory after fighting against terrorism.

Imran Khan asked to play his role in accordance to his public mandate, PM Nawaz said. He invited Imran Khan to join back parliament assemblies.

While commenting over PTI chairman demands, PM Nawaz assured to counter concerns of Imran Khan over the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) led federal government.
