LAHORE: National Data Base Registration Authority (NADRA) has submitted its report to an election tribunal of Lahore for five polling stations of NA-125 Lahore which confirmed that fake votes were caste.
The election Tribunal of Lahore heard the rigging petition of NA- 125 from where Minister for Railways Saad Rafique was declared victorious.
The NADRA submitted its report of votes confirmation of five polling stations of the constituency.
In its report, the NADRA said that as many as 1254 votes were casted on five polling stations of the constituency numbering 5, 6, 98, 107 and 110 and votes were checked which stated that 250 votes could not be confirmed.
The report also revealed that fake ID cards numbers were found at counter files while fake votes were casted at polling number 6 of the constituency.
It is pertinent to mention here that the Minster was declared won on the seat while runner up candidate of PTI Hamid Khan has leveled rigging allegations.
As many as five polling stations votes of the constituency were checked after consultation of both the candidates.
