PCB to ask ICC for Hafeez, Ajmal official bowling test before Jan 7: Shaharyar Khan

LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Shaharyar Khan has said that Muhammad Hafeez will undergo bowling test in Chennai, India very soon.

The chairman said that the board did not decide to send alternative player replacing Hafeez to Dubai for one day series against New Zealand.

He said that early restoration of test cricket in Pakistan is not possible adding that after playing with associate teams, international teams like Sri Lanka and Bangladesh will be invited to visit the country.

Sheharyar said that he will ask to International Cricket Council (ICC) to conduct Saeed Ajmal and Muhammad Hafeez official bowling test before January 7, last date for the submission of 15 member team squad for World Cup.
