DUBAI: Pakistan has beaten New Zealand in first T20 match by seven wickets as the green shirts scored 140 runs in chasing target of 136 runs.
The green shirts completed the target just losing three wickets as Sarfaraz Ahmed remained unbeaten scoring 76 runs.
Earlier, New Zealand set handsome total in first T20 match against Pakistan, the team scored 136 runs losing seven wickets.
CJ Anderson was top scorer from the Kivi’s side as he scored 48 runs, L Ronshi was second highest with 33 runs remained not out.
From the green shirts Sohail Tanveer and Muhammad Irafan took two wickets each, while Shahid Afridi, Anwer Ali and Razza Hassan got one wickets each.
