ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s state-owned Oil and Gas Development Company (OGDCL) has made discovery of large reserves of oil and gas in Attock district of Punjab province.
Significant discovery was made by Oil and Gas Development Company (OGDCL), which is its 102th success in exploring natural gas oil in the country.
Attock, formerly known as Campbellpur, is located at northern border of the province of Pakistan.

Pakistan would get approximately 21 million barrel oil from the reserves, MD OGDCL told reporters.
Managing Director OGDCL congratulated the company’s team over the substantial discovery.
