PTI makes ‘back-door contact’ with PML-N for ‘resuming dialogues’

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has begun ‘back door contacts’ with the ruling political party, Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) for resuming dialogues immediately, local new channel reported.

The protesting political party PTI finally agreed to mould his firm stance who had urging the federal government to take first step for negotiations, private channel Samaa News quoted its closer sources on Tuesday.

Report said that the ‘hidden contacts’ were made by Vice Chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Secretary General Jehangir Tareen via telephonic conversation with the finance minister Ishaq Dar.

Both PTI leaders invited the federal government to resume dialogues.

Ishaq Dar gave a cold answer that PTI leadership will be informed after complete consultation with PMLN leadership.

The move by PTI was taken over after observing declining popularity of continuous sit-ins and protests continued more than 100 days, report claimed.
