Debutant Taij claims hat-trick vs Zimbabwe

MIRPUR: Bangladesh’s Taijul Islam made a hat-trick in his ODI debut as he removed three Zimbabwean batsmen in the 27th and the 29th overs. 

He removed Panyangara on the last ball of the 27th over and Nyumbu and Chatara on the first and the second ball of the 29th over, respectively.

He took four wickets in seven overs, giving away only 11 runs. His first victim was Mire.

Zimbabwe were all out for 128 in 30 overs.
