Govt ads campaign: Pervaiz Rasheed debunks PTI claims

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister of Information and Broadcasting, Pervaiz Rasheed, on Sunday said, Government is not paying the TV commercials supporting the PMLN government and Imran Khan knows it well.’

Pervaiz Rasheed while talking to reporters said that the TV commercials praising PMLN moves not backed or paid by government; which is understood by Imran Khan.

He claimed that the commercials revealed truth about PTI chief Imran Khan and his illegal sit-ins. He termed PTI sit-ins ‘unconstitutional and anti-parliamentary’.

Pervaiz alleged that PTI spent ‘millions from taxation funds in name of security for ongoing protests.’

Earlier, Imran Khan had leveled allegations on the federal government for spending Rs30 million daily on TV commercials to dim the PTI efforts against PMLN.
