PTI’s Nov 30 rally frightens rulers as Govt raiding its workers houses: Imran Khan

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chief Imran Khan on Thursday said that rulers are  frightened of its party rally on November 30 as his workers’ residences have been raided by police.

The PTI head was addressing sit-in at D-Chowk, he assured that the PTI rally on November 30 to be peaceful adding that nobody should be barred from arriving in Islamabad.

Khan said unless the culprits are punished neither targeted killings can be contained nor rigging of elections could be stopped.

The PTI chairman said that change has occurred in the country as the masses have stood up for their rights.

Imran  demanded again that the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to let the investigations of rigging take place and keep governing the country, adding that our sit-in will also be continued during this period.

He said that Nawaz Sharif and Asif Ali Zardari are the biggest thieves and demanded the prime minister to declare his assets, adding that we are not humiliating anyone.

Imran reiterated its stance that PM Nawaz Sharif to let the investigations of electoral irregularities take place and if proven the premier will have to step down.

He said Asif Zardari had confessed during a telephonic conversation with him (I am hospitalized) that the last elections were RO’s elections, asking further why not the PPP co-chairman comes out against it.

The former cricket captain of the country alleged Zardari of rigging the polls in Sindh and Nawaz Sharif of manipulating results in Punjab.

He also said that the government had agreed on the inclusion of intelligence agencies (MI, ISI) in the commission to investigate rigging allegations and asked what is the PM afraid of, if he has not done anything wrong.
