TTP chief Fazlullah narrowly escapes US drone attack

PESHAWAR: Chief of Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan Mullah Fazlullah has narrowly escaped a US drone attack in Nazyan area of Afghanistan, bordering with Pakistan’s Bajaur tribal region, which was carried out on Monday, Nov 24 .

According to security sources, TTP head Fazlullah was present in Nazyan district of Afghanistan’s Nangarhar province, for the last 18 hours.

A US predator fired missiles on a house in Nazyan area. The sources said that the missiles hit a house next to the one where the dreaded TTP chief was present.

The sources said that Fazlullah narrowly escaped the attack.

According to reports, the attack killed some five person and injured about dozens.
