Infant deaths continue in Sarghodha DHQ three more lost lives

SARGODHA: Three more infants died in District Headquarter Hospital (DGQ) in Sargodha on Friday bringing the death toll to 15 in three days.

The children died due to lack of proper treatment facilities at the DHQ hospital.

Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif had taken notice of earlier deaths and ordered health department to take measures but his orders could not be materialize as three more infant died today again.

Today’s death includes twins.

The parents of the deceased children claimed that their children died due lack of incubators and other facilities at the hospital. They added that they informed the situation to administration but they did not paid any heed to their complaints.
