Airstrikes kill 22 terrorists in Khyber agency: ISPR

RAWALPINDI: Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Friday claimed that 22 terrorists were killed in fresh airstrikes in Khyber agency.

Terrorists hideouts were swept through the fresh aerial strikes conducted by Pakistani troops busy in Operation Khyber-1 commenced on October 16 against Lashkar-i-Islam (LI) hideouts in Tirah and Bara areas controlled by militant commander Mangal Bagh.

The military public relation wing said that the operation was going on with consecutive victories in rooting out the terrorism in the country.

Earlier on November 17, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) claimed that ten more millitants surrended before security forces along with their weapons and ammunition in Bara tehsil of Khyber Agency.
