Pakistan needs more 122 runs to end New Zealand lead

DUBAI: Pakistan scored 281 runs losing six wickets at the end of third day of second test match against New Zealand following the target of 403 runs.

When match resumed on third day Pakistan was at 34 runs on the loss of two wickets. The green shirts duo Azhar Ali and Younis Khan added 113 runs on score board and Younis sent to pavilion by New Zealand player Jimmy Neesham after completing his 29th fifty on score of 145.

After Younis, Misbah lost his wicket after scoring 28 runs in total. Azhar who resisted against New Zealand bowlers clean bowled by Aish Sodhi on 220 runs, he scored 72 runs for Pakistan.

 Asad Shafique wicket lost after he scored 44 runs. At the end of play Sarfaraz Ahmed was playing at 28 and Yasir Shah on one runs.

Pakistan needed 122 more runs to end New Zealand margin.

From New Zealand side Ish Sodhi took two wickets while, Trent Boult, Tim Southee, Mark Craig and Jimmy  Neesham could get one wicket each.
