PTI worker declared dead by Shireen Mazari is under-treatment: AMS DHQ hospital

RAWALPINDI: District Headquarters Hospital (DHQ) Rawalpindi on Monday refuted Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf spokesperson Shireen Mazari’s claim that a PTI worker Adnan, who was injured in Sunday’s attack on PTI rally, died of injuries, saying that Adnan is under-treatment in Intensive Care Unit (ACU) of the hospital and his condition is stable.      

Assistant Medical Superintendent of DHQ Dr Shohail Ejaz said that Adnan was alive and being treated at hospital’s ICU. He said that the condition of Adnan was stable.

Earlier addressing a press conference, PTI spokesperson Shireen Mazari had lashed out at PML-N and the government for resorting to violence and ‘terrorism’  saying that PML-N workers attacked PTI rally in Jehlum which claimed the live of a PTI worker Adnan and eight others injured.

He had help Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif responsible for the murder of Adnan and announced to get FIR registered against the chief minister.
