16 Pakistanis in Israeli custody: Ansar Burney

KARACHI: The chief of Ansar Burney Trust International, Ansar Burney, said that at least 16 Pakistanis were in the custody of Israel and that he had written a letter to Israeli government in this regard.

Burney told local media that the families of 16 Pakistanis got the information that they were alive and in Israeli custody.

In 2009, A Demi of Toonami ship had drowned near Tripoli Sea. Out of the 83 passengers, 49 were Pakistanis. Thirteen of these Pakistanis died as the ship sank.
