Sindh government announces crack down against qingqi rickshaws

KARACHI: Sindh government has announced crackdown against qingqi rickshaws in the mega city of Karachi.

The Sindh transport minister Mumtaz Jhakrani said that they government would take action against involved in making qingqi rickshaws illegally.

Mumtaz also said that ban would also be imposed on qingqi rickshaws under section 144.

It is reported in the media earlier that Karachi transporters have demanded to remove the rickshaws from the city.
