WASHINGTON: Republicans have taken control over Democratic in the senate with 52 seats so far in the United States (US) mid-term elections.
According to initial results, Democracts is behind from Republicans with 42 seats in the senate.
The Republicans have seized three seats from the Democracts in which West Virginia, Arkansas and South Dakota are included.
Republican John Kasich also succeeded a second term as Ohio’s governor by defeating his Democrat rival.
