Cyclone Nilofar likely to hit Manora Island, India’s Gujarat

KARACHI: According to Met Office, Cyclone Nilofar is likely to hit the coast areas of Interior Sindh, Manora Islanad and India’s city Gujarat in next 24 hours.

Met Office says Cyclone Nilofar is 875 km far away from south west of Karachi and 740 km far away south of Gwadar but the first it will damage the Manora, which is a small peninsula located just south of the port of Karachi.

“Arabian Ocean’s waves could be high 6 to 8 feet,” Met Office informed.

Cyclone Nilofar will bring the heavy rain near Sindh and Balochistan’s coastal areas especially in Gwadar, Manora, Gujarat and Karachi.
