KARACHI: A scam has unearthed regarding Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) that it allowed country airspace for foreign airlines for free which deprived off country exchequer billion of rupees, Express News reported.
According to the details, foreign airlines have been using country air space with the permission of CAA for 14 years.
A foreign airline use country air space for 7500 times.
Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has asked permission to the government to register case against six officers of CAA.
It is said that chairman, directors and gm level officers are involved in the scam.
