ANKARA: Turkish foreign minister on Monday said that Turkey would allow Iraqi Kurdish fighters to cross border into Syria to fight against Islamic State (IS) militants in Kobani.
Mevlut Cavusoglu gave no further details.
Tens of thousands of people from Kobani have fled months of fighting between besieging IS forces and Syrian Kurd defenders.
