PAT chief spent 98pc, Imran 55pc time with party men at sit-in: report

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Chief Dr Tahir Ul Qadri has spent most of his time, over 98 percent, with his party protesters who have camped out  at D-Chowk for the last 66 days .

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chief  Imran Khan spent just 55 percent of the time with his men protesting outside the Parliament House asking the Prime Minister to resign.

Leaders of Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid-e-Azam Chaudhry Shujaat and Pervez Elahi spent less time with workers while Sunni Ittahad Council chairman Hamid Raza’s attendance was 52 percent and Majlis-e-Wahdat-Ul-Muslameen chief 38 percent.

Sources said that PAT chief Dr Qadri spent as many as 1560 hours with the sit-in participants and his attendance was 98 percent.

Imran Khan used to visit his Bani Gala residence and remained busy in other activities.

The second person who attended sit-in regularly was Jay Salik and his attendance was 85 percent.
