ISLAMABAD: Muttahida Qaumi Movement has contacted to Federal government as the party leader Baber Ghauri met Finance Minister Ishaq Dar in Islamabad on Friday.
The MQM leader showed its reservation regarding security of the MQM leaders and supermo Altaf Hussain in wake of threats given by banned outfits.
It is pertinent to mention here that the MQM in its conference few days ago complained that its leader were receiving extortion slips and threats and demanded of security for its leaders including the MQM chief.
The MQM leaders also have written letters to British government to beefed up security to its chief.
