PIA, PALPA talks successful, pilots end protest

ISLAMABAD:  Negotiation between Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) and Pakistan Airline Pilots Association (PALPA)  has settled dues payment rift resulted into end of pilots protest.

Vice president PALPA captain Sadiq has informed the media that pilot’s body ended it protests after settlement of dispute over dues payment.

Sadiq said that now all the international and local flights will be operated normally.

About settlement he further added that three months dues will be paid in current month in installments whereas remaining four months payment procedure will be chalk out later.

Regarding the PALPA protest he said that PIA pilots started protest over not getting payment of TADA allowances for international flights.
