Pakistan Army congratulates Malala for winning Nobel Prize

RAWALPINDI: Director General Inter-Services Public Relations felicitated Malala Yousufzai for being declared joint winner of the Nobel Peace Prize on Friday.

She was declared joint winner along with India’s Kailash Sathyarti, an Indian child rights activist.

She is the youngest Nobel Prize winner in the history of the award. Besides, she is only the second Pakistani to have won a Nobel Prize. The first was scientist Dr Abdus Salam who won the award in physics for his contribution to electroweak unification.
