ISLAMABAD: Decision of ineligible reference notice was challenged against Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif by Advocate Azhar Siddiqui in Supreme Court (SC).
Azhar Siddiqui mentioned in the application that National Assembly (NA) speaker Ayaz Sadiq breached the article-10 A.
“Sadiq’s decision is illegal over the reference notice,” he said
Before this, the speaker Ayaz Sadiq had rejected the ineligible reference against Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif.
