SC Chief Justice rejects larger bench formation for PM disqualification case

ISLAMABAD: The Chief Justice (CJ) Nasir Ul Mulk of Supreme Court of Pakistan (SC) has rejected all the petitions regarding formation of larger bench for the PM disqualification petition.

The CJ of apex court heard all the petitions regarding formation of larger bench for the premier disqualification case on Wednesday.

Justice Nasir Ul Mulk said that already constituted three member bench will hear the premier disqualification case.

The PTI and many others have filed petition for formation of larger bench.

The hearing on the PM disqualification case will be held tomorrow.
