PTI files petition to form larger bench of SC for PM disqualification case

LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has filled petition in the Supreme Court of Pakistan to form larger bench for hearing Premier Nawaz Sharif disqualification petition.

The PTI has filled the petition in SC Lahore registry on Tuesday (today).

Yesterday in SC hearing the petition of PM disqualification apex court judge Justice Jawad S Khwaja has informed the PTI counsel to file another petition to form larger bench.

The PTI in its petition of the view that the PM disqualification matter is sensitive and it must be heard by larger bench of SC.

The PTI today’s petition reiterated its earlier stand that PM does not fulfill article 62 and 63 of the constitution.
