Now Govt supportive opposition party suggests mid term elections

ISLAMABAD: Opposition leader in National Assembly (NA) Khursheed Shah has suggested to Prime Minister Nawaz holding up of midterm elections in the country to solve the existing turmoil.

Talking to media in Islamabad, he said that the premier himself should announce holding up of midterm election to solve the current political impasse adding that it will be better for the system.

Shah said that his party wanted that parliament and system to continue in the country.

The opposition leader said that the PM himself declared that he is constitutional Prime Minister.

He added they did not want that PM ousted from his post on power of sticks and PPP always used democratic path.

Shah claimed that PTI’s members of assemblies have pressure to resign.

The PPP leader also demanded to the PTI chief Imran Khan to which sought of system he wanted that turmoil must be ended through negotiations.
