ECP deadline:Out of 1174 elected members just 305 declared assets details

ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has stated that out of 1174 elected representatives only 305 submitted their assets details as tomorrow is last date for assets declaration.

According to the ECP 869 members of assemblies and senate did not submit their existing assets details.

Three Chief Ministers, Punjab’s Shahbaz Sharif, Sindh’s Qaim Ali Shah and KP’s Pervez khattak have not submitted their property, income and other information to ECP.

It will be interesting to know that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan and Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan as well have not declared their assets details to ECP so far.
