LONDON: Eid Al Adha may likely fall on Sunday, October 4 or 5, 2014, in UK and rest of Europe.
According to the chairman of Islamic Crescent Observation Project (ICOP), the countries who follow Saudi Arabia will observe Eid on October 5 or 4.
ICOP Chairman Mohammed Shawkat Awda, said, if the astronomical calculation turned out to be correct then Eid Al Adha likely be on Saturday, October 4, the report added.
The moon likely to be sighted in various countries on September 25 according to Awde.
He added that countries that strictly follow moon sighting may begin Dhul Hijjah on Friday, September 26.
