KARACHI: Pakistan People Party (PPP) chairperson Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that he wanted to contest election on his late mother seat Rato Deroo NA 207.
Addressing to journalists in Karachi, he said no one would allowed to use our soil for terrorism.
He termed banned outfit Tehreek-e-Taliban Punjab (TTP) statement positive regarding not to carrying out attacks in the country adding that it does not mean that no action will be taken against its former activities.
The PPP chairperson said that former premier Yosuf Raza Gillani is in still Taliban captivity and he should be released.
Bilawal said that Naval dockyard attacked seems internal matter adding that Sindh is land of sufis hence Sindhi Taliban term looked absurd to him.
He said that the Internally Displaced Persons (IDP’s) and flood victims issues are the vital problems of the country and he appealed to the masses to help flood victims.
Later, he also handed over the relief goods to PPP Punjab president Mian Manzoor Watoo and 100 million cheque to speaker Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) assembly.
