LAHORE: President of Pakistan Mamnoon Hussain made speaker Punjab Assembly Rana Mohammad Iqbal interim Governor of Punjab.
According to reports, the statement issued from President Residency in which Speaker Punjab assemble have been made the interim governor of Punjab during the absence of Chaudhry Mohammad Sarwar.
Governor Punjab left to pay a 10 days personal visit to Brittan on Friday, local Media reported.
The governor Punjab is on leave till September 20.
