ISLAMABAD: Member Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) Justice (retd) Riyaz Kiyani has sent defamation notice to former additional director ECP Afzal Khan over his allegation during an interview on private news channel.
In his notice, it is stated that Afzal Khal alleged him with baseless allegations regarding rigging in last general election held in May 2013.
The notice added that, Afzal Khan should send his apology or pay compensation amount of 200 million in 14 days period.
In failing to do so, case would be registered against Afzal Khan over baseless allegations.
