COAS, Air Chief discuss progress in operation Zarb-e-Azab

ISLAMABAD: Chief of Air Staff Tahir Rafique Butt called on Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Raheel Sharif at GHQ on Wednesday to discuss the operation Zarb-e-Azab, ISPR said.

According to the Inter Service Public Relations, Both the Chief agreed that joint strategy would be adopted to combat terrorist in North Waziristan and future strategy came under discussion.

The COAS and the Air Chief reviewed the progress in the offensive and reached on consensus that terrorist would be chased far and wide areas, ISPR added.

It was also decided in the meet-up that every resource would be utilized to tackle the terrorist and to make the operation successful.
