NEW YORK: Famous Hollywood action star Arnold Schwarzenegger has revealed the new name of ‘Terminator’ film as ‘Terminator Genisys’.
The 67 year-old actor made the announcement via his Instagram page after production of the reboot was complete.
The actor uploaded the picture via Instagram, ‘Terminator Genisys’ can be clearly seen written across on the back of a director’s chair that Schwarzenegger is sitting in, reportedly.
“It was challenging, it was fun, and it was rewarding. From our director to the producers, from the camera team to catering, from visual effects to hair and makeup – we couldn’t have done it without you. I can’t wait to see our finished project and I know we’ll remind the fans why they fell in love with the Terminator. On July 1, 2015, I’ll be back,” the caption continued.
The upcoming Paramount film also co-stars Emilia Clarke and Jason Clarke as Sarah and John Connor, as well as Jai Courtney, Dayo Okeniyi, Matt Smith, Byung-hun Lee and J K Simmons.
The film is being directed by Alan Taylor, with a screenplay written by Laeta Kalogridis and Patrick Lussier.
