LONDON: Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) on Wednesday beheaded the second American journalist Steven Sotloff after kidnapping in 2013 in Syria.
According to reports, America got the murder news when Sotloff’s video was emerged by ISIS.
Sotloff was missed in 2013 but he appeared with a female American journalist James Foley in a video by ISIS.
ISIS had demanded the release of Dr. Aafia Siddiqui in a video.
