Our country is like that poor child who, although is the result of long awaited desires, but bought bad fortune with him and lost his parents right after birth making him orphan.
Our country is like that innocent girl who gets hurt every time by a new person via new ways more bitterly every time.
Our country is like that under construction building which whenever is in process a new owner comes, demolish it, propose a new map and start the constructions again. Therefore, it is longing to get labeled as ‘developed country’ since years.
The current political picture of Pakistan is quite heart rending. Especially Islamabad is under great chaos these days. PML-N government must go, according to the PTI, because it is illegitimate and elected by fraud. .PTI is not ready to step back and there is no clue of Nawaz resigning from his post.
The only clear thing is that nothing is clear. The naïve nation is perplexed to whom they should support. Both the opponent parties are securing their ego putting country’s future at stake. The government has proved his ineligibility to handle the situation but surly involvement of army in the political crises is the last blow to the democratic system.
Every new government kicks incumbent setup proposing theirs as genuine. Where this attitude would lead our country to? What a sham that we are threatened by the internal conflict more than the external ones. The last but not least I have a question, have these political parties ever thought what if God forbid this country dissolves? Where they would take their ego to? BY Kashaf Mahar
