RAWALPINDI: Corps Commanders Conference ended with great concerns over the ongoing political situation of the country.
The conference was chaired by Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif where military commanders showed deep concerns over use of power against the marchers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Awami Teheek (PAT) in Islamabad.
The conference continued more than three hours where the top military heads aimed not to skip the wishes of Pakistani citizens at any cost.
According to reports, the commanders emphasised that government should sought out the solution in a hurry without using power.
The conference was expected to held on September 1, due to the current political situation developed in the county, the conference was immediately held on August 31 at General Headquarter (GHQ) Rawalpindi.
