MQM chief Altaf Hussain asks PML-N several questions

KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement chief Altaf Hussain has suggested that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif should personally visit Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Tahirul Qadri.

In an interview with a TV channel, MQM chief asked some questions of the government. He asked if the PML-N was behind the Model Town incident.

He further asked if MQM was behind the orders to shoot women in Model Town.

“Did MQM invite the Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif to hold Corps Commanders conference?” he said.

Altaf regretted the Islamabad incident, in which police fired tear-gas shells and charged the PTI and PAT protestors marching towards the Prime Minster House.

He also suggested the government should bring in-house change to stabilise  the matters.
