CARDIFF: England has won the toss and elected to bat first against India in the second One-Day International (ODI) at Sophia Gardens, Cardiff.
English Twenty20 specialist, Alex Hales is going to make his first debut against Blue Shirts in the 2nd ODI.
The first ODI was abandoned without a ball being bowled among both teams in Bristol.
