DUBAI: Former Pakistani President and PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari has arrived in the country over severe political strife between PTI, PAT and the federal government.
Asif Ali Zardari will chair an important high-level session of his political party in Karachi while major decisions would be made during the upcoming event, sources said.
He revised his orders on Thursday (today) to call senior leaders of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) to Dubai amid strong protests in Pakistan.
Earlier, Opposition leader in the National Assembly Khursheed Shah and Aitzaz Ahsan called on Zardari in Dubai to hold discussion over the deteriorated political situation.
PPP sources said that both leaders have been stopped for departing towards Dubai as Zardari finalises to reach Karachi, the metropolitan city of Pakistan, today.
Asif Ali Zardari have changed its plan following requests of several party leaders to reach Pakistan.
