ISLAMABAD: A Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf worker attempted self immolation during the speech of Imran Khan on late Sunday night.
PTI workers stopped the man who had sprinkled petrol on his body and was about to set fire to himself. Imran Khan asked the man not to commit such an act.
“Don’t kill yourself, you are committing suicide when we are about to create a new Pakistan,” he told the man who was standing near the stage from where the cricket star turned politician was making his speech.
Khan was also informed about a guy Tariq who had joined the Azadi March on the day of his wedding.
