ISLAMABAD: Major General Asim Bajwa, Director General of the Inter Services Public Relations, on Sunday rejected a claim about Chief of the Army Staff General Raheel Sharif.
In his message posted on social networking website twitter on Sundayt, he said “Associating army chief with accepting BMW from anyone is baseless and unfounded as was shown on a TV channel quoting IK (Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman Imran Khan) yesterday.
Many political commentators fear army intervention in the precarious political situation when Pakistan’s capital has been paralyzed by thousands of protesters from the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and the Pakistan Awami Tehreek.
