ISLAMABAD: Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) chief Siraj-ul-Haq has made series of announcements in order to show solidarity with Palestinians in Gaza facing Israeli aggression since 26 days, TheNewsTribe reported.
Siraj-ul-Haq announced to start a movement of ‘Labbaik Ya-Qibla-e-Awwal (An Answer to former center of Muslims, Palestine)’ from August 10 in Pakistan.
JI chief said that his party will organise countrywide ‘Palestine Day’ on August 17 in Pakistan, moreover, JI is going to hold its ‘Million March’ in Karachi on the same day, the largest and most populous metropolitan city of Pakistan.
Haq formally announced that JI has allocated Rs10 million funds and six ambulances of estimated cost $60,000 for the crisis-hit Palestinians in Gaza facing genocidal attacks by Israel.
JI would also demanded to lodge war-crime case against Israel in the international court over indiscriminate attacks on the Gaza’s civilians .
