WASHINGTON: In a much awaited pre-season match between Real Madrid and Manchester United soccer fans in US have broken all the records of attendance.
This match is played in the biggest stadium in the US which has a capacity of 109,901 fans but till now the maximum number there could reach 101,799.
This match, however, had raised expectations of analysts because it was the first match of major clubs after world cup.
And so this pre-season friendly match between Real Madrid and Manchester United filled the biggest stadium in the United States, as 109,318 fans reached there on Saturday.
It was great news for the fans because the record for attendance was unbroken for last 30 years.​
